Avant le 1er janvier 2022 d\u00e9j\u00e0, il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 possible de d\u00e9duire de l\u2019ordonnance relative \u00e0 la loi sur l\u2019<!--StartFragment --><span class=\"cf0\">assurance-maladie<\/span><!--EndFragment --> qu\u2019une copie de la facture \u00e9tait obligatoire.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avocat de l\u2019ASE souligne qu\u2019il s\u2019agit clairement d\u2019une obligation des fournisseurs de prestations. La loi ne mentionne pas explicitement la possibilit\u00e9 pour le\/la patient\u00b7e de renoncer \u00e0 une copie de la facture.<\/p>\n<p>Par contre, la LAA ne conna\u00eet pas une telle r\u00e8gle, il n\u2019existe pas d\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale. Tous les traitements li\u00e9s \u00e0 un accident ne sont toutefois pas forc\u00e9ment couverts par la LAA, notamment lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019enfants ou, souvent, de personnes retrait\u00e9es ou exer\u00e7ant une activit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante. Dans ces cas, c\u2019est l\u2019assurance-maladie qui paie les prestations et une copie de la facture est alors obligatoire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019ASE recommande donc \u00e0 tou\u00b7te\u00b7s les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes d\u2019adresser \u00e0 tou\u00b7te\u00b7s les client\u00b7e\u00b7s une copie de la facture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assurance militaire ne pr\u00e9voit pas (encore) d\u2019obligation de copie de la facture.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"section-downloads \">\n        <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n                            <div class=\"content-above\">\n                    <h3>Les trois crit\u00e8res de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, de l\u2019ad\u00e9quation et du caract\u00e8re \u00e9conomique (EAE)<\/h3>\n<p>La loi sur l\u2019assurance-maladie (LAMal) d\u00e9finit \u00e0 l\u2019art. 32 que les prestations doivent \u00eatre efficaces, appropri\u00e9es et \u00e9conomiques en cas de maladie, de mesures de pr\u00e9vention, d\u2019infirmit\u00e9 cong\u00e9nitale, d\u2019accident, de maternit\u00e9 et de soins dentaires.
