Le nouvel art. 58a exige la conclusion, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale, de contrats de d\u00e9veloppement de la qualit\u00e9 entre les associations de prestataires et les assureurs-maladie.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s quatre ans et une trentaine de cycles de n\u00e9gociations entre l&rsquo;EVS\/SRK et prio.swiss, un contrat de qualit\u00e9 a pu \u00eatre conclu et soumis au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour approbation le 27 novembre 2025. Apr\u00e8s son entr\u00e9e en vigueur, une phase d&rsquo;introduction de deux ans est pr\u00e9vue afin que les personnes concern\u00e9es puissent adapter leurs processus aux nouvelles class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <h3 id=\"p21\" class=\"subsubtitle\"><strong>Evaluation de la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats en ergoth\u00e9rapie avec le GAS (goal attainment scale)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"subsubtitle\">Pour les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes ind\u00e9pendant\u00b7e\u00b7s, la convention d\u2019assurance-qualit\u00e9 ASE\/CRS\/sant\u00e9suisse de 2009 est contraignante. Elle fait partie de la convention tarifaire ASE\/CRS\/sant\u00e9suisse de 2005.<\/p>\n<p class=\"subsubtitle\">Cette \u00e9valuation est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, chaque ann\u00e9e, par la commission paritaire pour la qualit\u00e9 ASE\/CRS\/sant\u00e9suisse. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendue en 2023 et 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"subsubtitle\">A compter de mars 2025, la nouvelle plateforme (d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par webgearing ag) sera disponible. L\u2019\u00e9valuation a lieu entre mars et octobre. Tou\u00b7te\u00b7s les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes ind\u00e9pendant\u00b7e\u00b7s et chef\u00b7fe\u00b7s des organisations d\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie documentent cinq client\u00b7e\u00b7s avec formulation des objectifs individuels via le GAS (cf. plus bas) directement sur la plateforme.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ergo-quality.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enqu\u00eate sur la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;ergoth\u00e9rapie avec GAS<\/a><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-none  \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <h4>Soutien financier \u00e0 la plateforme ergo-quality.ch<\/h4>\n<p>L&rsquo;ASE avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une demande de cofinancement aupr\u00e8s de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bag.admin.ch\/fr\/commission-federale-pour-la-qualite-cfq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Commission f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la qualit\u00e9 (CFQ)<\/a>. Cette demande a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e et les co\u00fbts du projet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en charge \u00e0 hauteur de 50 % par la CFQ. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ussite du projet, le rapport final a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 par la CFQ.<\/p>\n<p><a tributaire des objectifs pos\u00e9s et de la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuer leur atteinte. La capacit\u00e9 des ergoth\u00e9rapeutes \u00e0 d\u00e9finir avec leurs client\u00b7e\u00b7s des objectifs clairs, r\u00e9alistes, communicables et orient\u00e9s vers l\u2019occupation, qui sont utiles pour faire face au quotidien, joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif \u00e0 ce niveau. La formulation des objectifs est non seulement importante pour la communication entre les client\u00b7e\u00b7s et les diff\u00e9rent\u00b7e\u00b7s acteur\u00b7rice\u00b7s du domaine de la sant\u00e9, mais contribue aussi \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite du traitement, car le fait de convenir d\u2019objectifs augmente la motivation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projet de recherche \u00ab Goal-phrasing in Swiss Occupational Therapy \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet de recherche \u00abGoal-phrasing in Swiss Occupational Therapy\u00bb, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de 2010 \u00e0 2013 par les groupes de recherche en ergoth\u00e9rapie des hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es de Lausanne, Manno et Winterthour sous la direction de la professeure Julie Page, des recommandations sur la formulation des objectifs ergoth\u00e9rapeutiques ont vu le jour. Celles-ci ont pour but d\u2019aider les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes \u00e0 \u00e9laborer, n\u00e9gocier et formuler des objectifs d\u2019intervention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offre de formation continue pour la formulation d&rsquo;objectifs de traitement ergoth\u00e9rapeutique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Association suisse d\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie (ASE) et la Croix-Rouge suisse ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet en tant que partenaires de terrain. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9 par la Commission pour la technologie et l\u2019innovation CTI et la fondation \u00abStiftung f\u00fcr Ergotherapie\u00bb \u00e0 Zurich. Ce travail de recherche a par ailleurs d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur une formation continue sur la formulation des objectifs de traitement ergoth\u00e9rapeutique, qui est propos\u00e9e par l\u2019ASE.<\/p>\n<p>Ces recommandations et cette formation continue ont comme particularit\u00e9 qu\u2019elles sont fond\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es probantes et qu\u2019elles ont
