Aucune date de fin de l\u2019ordonnance sur l\u2019obtention a posteriori du titre d\u2019une haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OPT permet aux titulaires de dipl\u00f4mes suisses d\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie, reconnus par la CRS et d\u00e9livr\u00e9s sous l\u2019ancien droit, d\u2019obtenir a posteriori le titre d\u2019une haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et conduit au titre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 d\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapeute dipl\u00f4m\u00e9\u00b7e HES.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbfi.admin.ch\/sbfi\/fr\/home\/he\/hautes-ecoles\/coordination-dans-le-domaine-des-hautes-ecoles\/obtention-a-posteriori-du-titre-hes--opt-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ordonnance sur l\u2019OPT-HES<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e par l\u2019OFFT, nouvellement SEFRI (Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation) et est entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 1er mai 2009.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-none  \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <p><strong>Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019ordonnance sur l\u2019OPT, les conditions ci-apr\u00e8s doivent \u00eatre remplies de mani\u00e8re cumulative:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un dipl\u00f4me suisse d\u2019une \u00e9cole suisse d\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie reconnue par la CRS;<\/li>\n<li>une pratique professionnelle de 2 ans au moins depuis le 1er juin 2001. Un taux d\u2019occupation de 75% au moins est exig\u00e9. Si le taux d\u2019occupation est inf\u00e9rieur, la pratique professionnelle \u00e0 attester devra \u00eatre d\u2019autant plus longue;<\/li>\n<li>une formation post-grade de niveau universitaire dans le domaine sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 de la sant\u00e9 ou une formation continue \u00e9quivalente. La formation continue doit comprendre au moins 200 le\u00e7ons ou 10 credits (ECTS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-small  \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <h3>Voies vers l\u2019OPT<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ergotherapie.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/B_Vie-all-ORT-Schema-IT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deux voies diff\u00e9rentes se pr\u00e9sentent<\/a> aux ergoth\u00e9rapeutes qui souhaitent l\u2019OPT:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voie 1 :<\/strong> Toute personne au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019un <strong>cours post-grade de niveau haute \u00e9cole (HES, Uni, EPF) dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 d\u2019une valeur minimale de 10 cr\u00e9dits ECTS<\/strong> ou d\u2019une formation continue de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titelumwandlung.ch\/customer\/files\/130\/2012_Dez_NTE_PL-Ergotherapie_Jan2011.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la liste positive Ergoth\u00e9rapie (min. 200 le\u00e7ons)<\/a> remplit les conditions concernant la formation continue. Dans ce cas, la demande peut \u00eatre adress\u00e9e directement aupr\u00e8s du SEFRI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention: changement de pratique du SEFRI depuis le 01.01.2013:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa liste positive ne peut \u00eatre prise en compte que pour les formations commenc\u00e9es ou achev\u00e9es avant le 01.01.2013. Depuis le 1er janvier 2013, la formation continue en question doit \u00eatre suivie obligatoirement au niveau haute \u00e9cole, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019art. 1, al. 3, let. c de l\u2019ordonnance du DFE du 4 juillet 2000 sur l\u2019OPT-HES (RS 414.711.5). La possibilit\u00e9 de faire valider une formation continue de type \u00abprofessionnel\u00bb (voie 2: petite liste positive et formation th\u00e9matique d\u2019un minimum de 100 le\u00e7ons) en lien avec un module de formation continue scientifique\/m\u00e9thodologique est maintenue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voie 2 :<\/strong> Combinaison d\u2019une formation m\u00e9thodologique\/scientifique (100 le\u00e7ons) avec une formation th\u00e9matique (100 le\u00e7ons). La prise en compte des formations continues selon la voie 2 sera contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par la Commission paritaire ASE-HES (COMPAR). La validation des crit\u00e8res vous permettra d\u2019obtenir une attestation de formation continue d\u2019une valeur de 10 cr\u00e9dits ECTS d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par la HES de votre r\u00e9gion linguistique. Muni\u00b7e de cette attestation, vous pourrez alors adresser votre dossier au SEFRI.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-small  \">\n    <div
