Smarter medicine:<\/h1>\n

\u00abChoosing Wisely Switzerland\u00bb<\/h3>\n

Durant ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019association d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique smarter medicine a publi\u00e9 des listes \u00abTop 5\u00bb<\/strong>, en partenariat avec diverses associations professionnelles du domaine de la sant\u00e9. Ceci dans le but de recenser les traitements inutiles et n\u2019am\u00e9liorant pas, en premier lieu, le bien-\u00eatre des patient\u00b7e\u00b7s. La volont\u00e9 est de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des traitements m\u00e9dicaux excessifs ou inappropri\u00e9s dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 suisse.<\/p>\n

A l\u2019appui de la liste Top 10 de l\u2019AOTA et de ses membres, l\u2019ASE a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un projet sur cette th\u00e9matique et d\u00e9fini les recommandations Top 5 suivantes pour l\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie en Suisse.<\/p>\n

Cinq recommandations pour la Suisse<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Pas d\u2019interventions en ergoth\u00e9rapie sans avoir \u00e9tabli le profil occupationnel des client\u00b7e\u00b7s et d\u00e9fini des objectifs th\u00e9rapeutiques centr\u00e9s sur les client\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/li>\n
  2. Pas d\u2019interventions bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration sensorielle \u00e0 des enfants ou des adolescent\u00b7e\u00b7s sans r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une \u00e9valuation documentant leurs difficult\u00e9s de traitement ou d\u2019int\u00e9gration des informations sensorielles.<\/li>\n
  3. Pas d\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9charpe d\u2019immobilisation maintenant le bras dans une position de flexion pendant une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e pour les client\u00b7e\u00b7s ayant un bras pl\u00e9gique.<\/li>\n
  4. Pas de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation cognitive des fonctions cognitives sans compr\u00e9hension claire des am\u00e9liorations attendues dans la vie quotidienne.<\/li>\n
  5. Pas d\u2019entra\u00eenements \u00e0 la marche qui ne soient pas li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 fonctionnelle dans l\u2019environnement personnel des client\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

    Campagne \u00absmarter medicine Switzerland\u00bb<\/h4>\n

    La campagne \u00absmarter medicine Switzerland\u00bb fait partie d\u2019un mouvement mondial pour la promotion d\u2019une m\u00e9decine fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es probantes et ax\u00e9e sur les client\u00b7e\u00b7s ainsi que pour la r\u00e9duction des soins inutiles. Les listes Top\u202f5 de chaque discipline clinique constituent l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de cette campagne. Elles comportent pour chaque discipline cinq mesures m\u00e9dicales ax\u00e9es sur le th\u00e8me du d\u00e9ficit et de l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de soins en m\u00e9decine.<\/p>\n

    Adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la Suisse<\/h4>\n

    En 2021, l\u2019ASE a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de participer \u00e9galement \u00e0 cette campagne et de formuler cinq recommandations. Elle s\u2019est appuy\u00e9e sur les traductions des dix recommandations de l\u2019American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA Choosing Wisely), (cf. t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement PDF \u00abErgotherapie\u00bb 3|23). Les dix recommandations de l\u2019AOTA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es et discut\u00e9es lors de diff\u00e9rentes rencontres destin\u00e9es aux responsables et aux propri\u00e9taires de cabinets d\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie ou aux dirigeant\u00b7e\u00b7s des services d\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie du domaine hospitalier, ainsi que dans des cercles de qualit\u00e9, lors de r\u00e9unions de section et dans le cadre d\u2019\u00e9changes avec la Croix-Rouge Suisse (CRS) et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Suisse de R\u00e9\u00e9ducation de la Main (SRM). Les retours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. Les cinq recommandations ont pu \u00eatre \u00e9labor\u00e9es sur cette base. Elles ne sont pas nouvelles mais adapt\u00e9es au contexte culturel et, en accord avec la campagne, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement reformul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

    Promotion du transfert de savoir<\/h4>\n

    Le 26 avril 2025, les recommandations Top 5 pour l\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es sur la version en ligne du Bulletin des m\u00e9decins suisses (BMS)<\/a>, dans le but d\u2019encourager le transfert de savoir entre les diff\u00e9rents domaines de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    Un grand engagement<\/h4>\n

    Sous la houlette de Beatrice Ottiger et Cathrin Marthe et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la participation active de nombreux membres de l\u2019ASE, le projet smarter medicine en ergoth\u00e9rapie a pu voir le jour et \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. L\u2019ASE remercie tou\u00b7te\u00b7s les participant\u00b7e\u00b7s, en particulier Beatrice Ottiger et Cathrin Marthe, pour leur engagement sans faille qui a permis l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de ce projet.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

    Association de soutien smarter medicine <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

    L\u2019organisation d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique smarter medicine s\u2019engage depuis 2014 contre les traitements m\u00e9dicaux excessifs ou inappropri\u00e9s dans le syst\u00e8me m\u00e9dical suisse. Pour atteindre ses objectifs, l\u2019association encourage les discussions et la recherche sur les traitements inutiles. Elle met \u00e0 disposition du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019information et publie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans ces listes Top 5, contenant des recommandations au personnel m\u00e9dical ainsi qu\u2019aux patient\u00b7e\u00b7s.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
