Le mod\u00e8le de rapport remporte un vif succ\u00e8s. Un usage homog\u00e8ne et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 permet d\u2019obtenir rapidement les garanties de prise en charge des co\u00fbts, et les m\u00e9decins et assurances re\u00e7oivent les informations n\u00e9cessaires dans la mesure souhait\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le de rapport se conforme \u00e0 la Classification internationale du fonctionnement, du handicap et de la sant\u00e9 (CIF) et se cadre d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de consensus, une d\u00e9marche sp\u00e9cifique pour la demande de prise en charge des co\u00fbts ainsi qu\u2019une fiche signal\u00e9tique. Celle-ci permet de d\u00e9finir si le trouble du d\u00e9veloppement a valeur de maladie et doit \u00eatre remplie par le\/la m\u00e9decin prescripteur. La valeur de maladie du trouble du d\u00e9veloppement moteur est valid\u00e9e \u00e0 condition que les points d\u00e9crits ci-dessous soient remplis de fa\u00e7on cumulative (voir rapport final des conf\u00e9rences de consensus 2003).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le diagnostic F82 est \u00e9tabli conform\u00e9ment aux crit\u00e8res de la CIM-10 et est document\u00e9 par la fiche signal\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n<li>On est en pr\u00e9sence de troubles ind\u00e9niables dans les domaines B et C, B et D, ou B, C et D de la fiche signal\u00e9tique. Une importance primordiale est accord\u00e9e au domaine B. Des troubles dans les domaines A et E renforcent le caract\u00e8re pathologique. En revanche, le total du r\u00e9sultat de la fiche signal\u00e9tique ne d\u00e9termine pas \u00e0 lui seul la valeur de maladie.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019enfant souffre de ces handicaps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 lors d\u2019une nouvelle conf\u00e9rence des partenaires du consensus en 2011 et s\u2019applique toujours. Cette conf\u00e9rence a permis de discuter de la d\u00e9finition des lignes directrices interdisciplinaires germano-suisses, des m\u00e9canismes de trouble, de l\u2019examen et du traitement en cas de troubles sp\u00e9cifiques du d\u00e9veloppement moteur. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019introduire et de mettre en pratique ces lignes directrices et qu\u2019en 2013, une nouvelle conf\u00e9rence de consensus serait convoqu\u00e9e dans le but d\u2019une part d\u2019examiner comment les lignes directrices pour les enfants atteints de troubles sp\u00e9cifiques du d\u00e9veloppement moteur ont fait leurs preuves dans la pratique, et Le d\u00e9veloppement du domaine ambulatoire devrait \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre de fa\u00e7on ad\u00e9quate. En outre, la situation professionnelle des personnes souffrant de troubles psychiques n\u2019est pas assez prise en consid\u00e9ration dans le cadre des soins psychiatriques.
