Ils\/elles discutent des objectifs th\u00e9rapeutiques avec l\u2019enfant\/l\u2019adolescent\u00b7e et ses parents. Par l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles aptitudes ou par la compensation, les enfants\/jeunes peuvent augmenter leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action et renforcer leur estime de soi. L\u2019objectif principal de la th\u00e9rapie est de permettre aux enfants\/jeunes d\u2019\u00eatre actif\u00b7ive\u00b7s judicieusement dans leur environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Une bonne collaboration avec assurances et les autres th\u00e9rapeutes contribue dans une mesure d\u00e9terminante au succ\u00e8s de la th\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<h3>Que font les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes?<\/h3>\n<p>Les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes aident les enfants et les jeunes qui sont <!--StartFragment --><span class=\"cf0\">limit\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"cf1\">\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span><!--EndFragment --> dans leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action en raison d\u2019un trouble sensoriel, moteur, cognitif ou psychique cong\u00e9nital, du d\u00e9veloppement ou acquis, avec les mesures suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rendre possible et entra\u00eener des aptitudes adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge telles que s\u2019habiller, manger, faire du v\u00e9lo, \u00e9crire, jouer, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>stimuler l\u2019enregistrement et le traitement d\u2019informations sensorielles (toucher, propre perception de son corps, \u00e9quilibre);<\/li>\n<li>assurer la stimulation fonctionnelle et bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 de la motricit\u00e9 fine et globale;<\/li>\n<li>transmettre des strat\u00e9gies s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019action telle que l\u2019attention cibl\u00e9e, la planification et le contr\u00f4le;<\/li>\n<li>promouvoir les comp\u00e9tences sociales et \u00e9motionnelles;<\/li>\n<li>exercer les capacit\u00e9s visuelles, auditives, spatiales et li\u00e9es \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire en tant que conditions de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action;<\/li>\n<li>conseiller au sujet des moyens auxiliaires et les adapter, fabriquer des attelles;<\/li>\n<li>conseiller les parents et l\u2019entourage; veiller \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention;<\/li>\n<li>aider \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration scolaire et professionnelle en coop\u00e9ration avec les parents\/\u00e9cole et l&rsquo;Assurance
