Le travail donne une structure et favorise la participation sociale dans la vie quotidienne. L\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie apporte un soutien aux personnes qui, pour des raisons de sant\u00e9, ne peuvent plus exercer leur activit\u00e9 professionnelle comme \u00e0 l\u2019accoutum\u00e9e. Le travail des ergoth\u00e9rapeutes est centr\u00e9 sur les client\u00b7e\u00b7s. Les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes recensent les ressources et les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de travail, mais aussi \u00e0 la situation et aux objectifs personnels du\/de la client\u00b7e. Les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes sont en contact permanent avec les assurances sociales, les employeurs et le corps m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-none  \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <p>En concertation avec le\/la client\u00b7e et toutes les parties, une perspective professionnelle et un plan d\u2019insertion sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s. Les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes aident le\/la client\u00b7e \u00e0 conserver son emploi, par exemple par le biais d\u2019un coaching professionnel ou d\u2019une \u00e9valuation du poste de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Ils\/elles conseillent \u00e9galement lors de l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans la vie professionnelle, par exemple dans la recherche d\u2019emploi ou avec des mesures pr\u00e9paratoires pour une entr\u00e9e ult\u00e9rieure dans la vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes soutiennent-ils\/elles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019int\u00e9gration
