En ergoth\u00e9rapie, les activit\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes de la vie quotidienne des client\u00b7e\u00b7s occupent le premier plan.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-none links-into-buttons \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <p><strong>Un traitement comporte les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une \u00e9valuation des activit\u00e9s que la personne r\u00e9alise, ou aimerait\/devrait r\u00e9aliser, une \u00e9valuation de ses comp\u00e9tences, de ses r\u00f4les sociaux et de son environnement personnel et de travail au moyen d\u2019outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation standardis\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>un traitement cibl\u00e9, n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec le\/la client\u00b7e, visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les aptitudes sociales, \u00e9motionnelles ou cognitives.<\/li>\n<li>cadre th\u00e9rapeutique et activit\u00e9s fix\u00e9s en fonction des objectifs;<\/li>\n<li>une r\u00e9flexion, dans le cadre d\u2019entretiens th\u00e9rapeutiques de suivi, sur les exp\u00e9riences concr\u00e8tes v\u00e9cues;<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9veloppement commun et la mise en pratique de strat\u00e9gies qui permettent une organisation saine du quotidien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>A quoi sert l\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie?<\/h3>\n<p>Notre sant\u00e9 psychique et notre bien-\u00eatre sont influenc\u00e9s par tout ce que nous faisons, la mani\u00e8re dont nous le faisons, et ce que nous \u00e9prouvons en le faisant. Une activit\u00e9 pleine de sens pour l\u2019individu a un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur la sant\u00e9. L\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie se fonde sur la connaissance des relations entre l\u2019activit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 mentale, tant dans le traitement que dans la r\u00e9adaptation professionnelle, la pr\u00e9vention et la promotion de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapie, les personnes qui sont atteintes d\u2019un trouble psychique peuvent voir leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019agir et d\u2019entretenir des relations sociales am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Elles peuvent d\u00e9couvrir des aptitudes personnelles ou les exp\u00e9rimenter \u00e0 nouveau et ainsi reprendre confiance dans leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action.
