Finora non \u00e8 stata fissata una data di scadenza per l\u2019ordinanza del DEFR sull\u2019ottenimento retroattivo del titolo di una scuola universitaria professionale (OORT).<\/p>\n<p>Le persone titolari di un diploma svizzero in ergoterapia secondo il diritto anteriore e riconosciuto dalla CRS possono ottenere retroattivamente il diploma di scuola universitaria professionale e avvalersi quindi del titolo protetto di \u00abergoterapista dipl. SUP\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbfi.admin.ch\/it\/scuole-universitariecoordinamento-del-settore-universitarioottenimento-retroattivo-del-titolo-sup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ordinanza sull\u2019ORT-SUP<\/a> \u00e8 stata approvata dall\u2019UFFT, oggi SEFRI, ed \u00e8 entrata in vigore il 1\u00b0 maggio 2009.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-none  \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <p><strong>Condizioni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ai sensi dell\u2019ordinanza ORT devono essere soddisfatti cumulativamente i seguenti requisiti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma di una scuola di ergoterapia svizzera riconosciuta dalla CRS.<\/li>\n<li>Pratica professionale riconosciuta di almeno due anni dal 1\u00b0 giugno 2001. La premessa in questo caso \u00e8 un grado di occupazione minimo del 75 per cento; se il grado di occupazione \u00e8 inferiore, occorre comprovare una pratica professionale pi\u00f9 lunga.<\/li>\n<li>Corso postdiploma di livello universitario nel settore di studio della sanit\u00e0 o un\u2019altra formazione continua equivalente. Tale formazione continua deve includere almeno 200 lezioni o 10 crediti (ECTS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div         class=\"wysiwyg padding-small  \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <h3>Vie per arrivare all\u2019ORT<\/h3>\n<p>In linea di principio, per la figura professionale dell\u2019ergoterapista esistono due vie per richiedere l&#8217;ORT:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Via 1:<\/strong> se una persona ha completato un <strong>corso postdiploma di livello universitario nel settore di studio della sanit\u00e0 con almeno 10 ECTS o 200 lezioni<\/strong> o un altro corso di formazione continua riportato nella <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titelumwandlung.ch\/customer\/files\/130\/2012_Dez_NTE_PL-Ergotherapie_Jan2011.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lista positiva ergoterapia<\/a>, le condizioni relative alla formazione continua sono soddisfatte e la domanda di ORT pu\u00f2 essere presentata direttamente alla SEFRI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attenzione: variazione nella procedura della SEFRI dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2013:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa lista positiva \u00e8 applicabile solo ai corsi di formazione iniziati o conclusi prima del 1\u00b0 gennaio 2013. Da quella data \u00e8 obbligatorio completare una formazione continua di livello universitario ai sensi dell\u2019art. 1 cpv. 3 lett. c dell\u2019ordinanza del DFE del 4 luglio 2000 sull&#8217;ORT SUP (RS 414.711.5). Permane la possibilit\u00e0 di farsi riconoscere una formazione continua professionale (via 2: lista positiva minore e formazione continua professionale con almeno 100 lezioni) combinata con una formazione continua scientifica\/metodologica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Via 2:<\/strong> combinazione di formazione continua scientifica\/metodologica (100 lezioni) e formazione continua professionale (100 lezioni) Il riconoscimento delle formazioni continue nell\u2019ambito della via 2 \u00e8 soggetto a verifica da parte della commissione paritetica ORT ASE-SUP (COMPAR). Se i criteri sono soddisfatti, la scuola universitaria professionale della regione rilascia una conferma delle prestazioni di apprendimento per un totale di 10 ECTS e a quel punto \u00e8 possibile
