class=\"wysiwyg padding-medium  \">\n    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n        <div class=\"wysiwyg-inner-container\">\n            <h3>Copie delle fatture per le e i clienti<\/h3>\n<p>Dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2022, LAMal e LAI richiedono esplicitamente una copia della fattura per la persona assicurata. Ma dall\u2019ordinanza sull\u2019assicurazione malattie si poteva desumere gi\u00e0 prima del 1\u00b0 gennaio 2022 l\u2019obbligo di produrre una copia della fattura.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avvocato dell\u2019ASE precisa che si tratta molto chiaramente di un obbligo. La legge non menziona esplicitamente la possibilit\u00e0 della e del cliente di rinunciare a una copia della fattura.<\/p>\n<p>La LAINF non applica invece tale regolamentazione e non impone quindi alcun obbligo. Non tutti i trattamenti dovuti a infortunio passano per la LAINF, segnatamente non nel caso di bambine e bambini o spesso persone pensionate o persone con attivit\u00e0 lucrativa indipendente. In questi casi \u00e8 l\u2019assicurazione malattie ad assumere le prestazioni, e pertanto sussiste l\u2019obbligo di consegnare copia della fattura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019ASE raccomanda pertanto alle ergoterapiste e agli ergoterapisti di far pervenire a ogni cliente una copia della fattura.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A proposito, anche l\u2019assicurazione militare non prevede (ancora) l\u2019obbligo di inviare una copia della fattura.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"section-downloads \">\n        <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n                            <div class=\"content-above\">\n                    <h3>I tre criteri \u00ab<strong>e<\/strong>fficacia\u00bb, \u00ab<strong>a<\/strong>ppropriatezza\u00bb ed \u00ab<strong>e<\/strong>conomicit\u00e0\u00bb (<strong>EAE<\/strong>)<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019art. 32 della legge federale sull\u2019assicurazione malattie (LAMal) stabilisce che le prestazioni erogate per malattia, medicina preventiva, infermit\u00e0 congenite, infortuni, maternit\u00e0, gravidanza e cure dentarie debbano essere efficaci, appropriate ed economiche.&nbsp;L\u2019<strong>e<\/strong>fficacia, l\u2019<strong>a<\/strong>ppropriatezza e l\u2019<strong>e<\/strong>economicit\u00e0 (<strong>EAE<\/strong>) sono i tre criteri fondamentali utilizzati per determinare e verificare le prestazioni obbligatorie dell\u2019AOMS (artt. 32 e 33 LAMal) e per decidere l\u2019erogazione delle prestazioni mediche (impiego e mezzi) nel singolo caso (art. 56 LAMal).
